Welcome!

Credibility in the CourtroomCredibility In The Courtroom is a book in progress for trial attorneys which will provide critical guidance about verbal and nonverbal communication in the courtroom.

Through insightful stories of personal encounters and observations from practicing attorneys, Credibility in the Courtroom will illustrate the importance of understanding the traditions of courtesy and respect between members of the Bar and also between the Bench and the Bar.

Guidelines will also be provided to help clients and witnesses maximize their in-court credibility. This sometimes humorous book, is developing into a comprehensive practical guide to civility in legal practice.
